This is a good example of a "micro" manifestation.  Look to the bookcase tween the two ladies.  This is the frame just before the manifestation- nothing unusual.

I like using a video camera as it is easier to spot mundane dust and debris that is often mistaken for an orb.  A regular camera only freezes one split second in time.  A camcorder allows you an extended view of the anomaly.
